All of these photos were recently taken in this area of the Upper Deschutes River. The wide array of plants and wildlife demonstrate the "Outstandingly Remarkable Values" that led to the State Scenic Waterway designation. It raises the question, how would a bridge benefit these sensitive surroundings through bringing thousands of visitors to the area?
